Returns and Eligibility

You have a 30-day window, starting from the date you received your order, to return your Bowl Tie. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Authorization

Please note that ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE. Contact us prior to sending your item back to receive the necessary authorization.

Return Shipping
